Memphis , TN …Records fell in Hawaii as True Temper’s revolutionary Tour Concept ® iron shaft continued its winning ways with a victory at the Champions Tour season-opening MasterCard Championship at Hualalai. Beginning the day three strokes back of the leader, the Champion scorched the final eighteen holes with a course-record 61. Finishing the week at 25-under par, he shattered the Champions Tour scoring record of lowest 54-hole total in relation to par while also breaking the Tour record for birdies in a three-round tournament with 26. An eight-time winner on the PGA ® Tour, this marked his second victory in only seven career starts on the Champions Tour.

The Champion finished the week with a 25-under par total of 335 for a three-stroke victory.
